National Vehicle Huge waste of time and money Lincoln, Nebraska Nationwide

I highly recomend that you stay away from this company. I was wanting to sell my truck and use every way possible to help get it sold. This company contacted me and told me that for the low price of $400, they would list my truck on ebay and leave it there until it sold. 25 days later, they came back to me and told me it didn't get upt to the price I set as a minimum. So from here they proceeded to tell me that for another $299 they would relist it and "spotlight" it and make sure more people see it, also they set it up a little different than before. I told them I wasn't going to pay more money to do what they should have done the first time. They told me this time that they were sure it would sell. So, like an idiot, I did it again, and again, it never sold. This time no one contacted me for almost a month. So I finally call them. I have to leave a message. I never hear from anyone again for another week. So I call on a Monday and finally get a hold of someone. I tell them I want my money back and they say that they will have their customer service manager call me and deal with it. Friday comes up and no phone call has been recevied, so I call them, again, and finally get to talk to the customer service manager, who proceeds to tell me that, yes the service I received was crap (basically) however, they have a STRICT no refund policy and I was not going to be able to receive any of my money back. So I am basically out almost $1,000 out of pocket for absolutely nothing. This company is horrible and will never use them again. I am also filing a report with the BBB. If I would have known they had such a "strict no refund policy" I probably wouldn't have even taken a chance with them.
