These agents and the company are bunch of liars and are there to make their commission at you cost. They are heartless people.
We signed a good faith estimate and the penalty charges were stated and we understood it, but just and only just two days before the loan got closed, they faxed another good faith estimate to our work place with much fine prints and rushed us to sign it, without mentioning to us that they changed the penalty rules. The penalty rules were so different that now we are stuck with the loan.
Shame on these kind of agents that are out there to prey on people in an unethical manner. I hope for the day to bring this company and before the court.
