I did both a yahoo and google search of James Workman & Jacksonville, FL and found several rip off reports about different companies that all pretty much say the same thing.. there is even a report on .CMKM Diamonds U.S.SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION Which as far as I can see has nothing to do with the above report, yet James adds an Update and THEN lists this company too. Sounds like a bored, pathetic man with wayyy too much time on his hands.

Mr. Workman was never a borrower of this company. Mr. Workman is a blogger that spends his time attacking companies without any facts or investigative methods.

It is true that Mr. Tomasso was involved with an SEC Investigation but not fraud on neither his part nor his stock company. Some of the Principals of Nationwide Commercial Financial Group owns a Stock Company which is totally separate from Nationwide. That company bought blocks of stock which is totally legal. However unknown to the principals it was fraudulent stock. Their was an investigation which I might add has been settled.

Again I want to ask everyone to read closely his complaint and his posting of the SEC documentation. No where will you find Nationwide mentioned in the investigation.

As to opening companies and shutting them down again another charge made without truth or facts. The stock company buys and sells companies and takes companies public. Of course there will be a list of companies. Some of the companies listed they still own. No law or fraud in that as Mr. Workman would like everyone to believe. Warren Buffet has more than plenty of companies. I guess Mr. Workman would also consider this a problem? Let me address some of these companies he has listed.

TransAtlantic was a residential mortgage company that was closed as many others through out the country due to the economy.

A.J.T.M Financial Group has nothing to do with the principals of Nationwide. It actually is a company I owned before I came to Nationwide. A true example of not knowing the facts.

KRKA Realty, Inc. is the parent company for Success Realty. This is a realty company owned by the principals of Nationwide but again has nothing to do with Nationwide.

The other companies listed are stock companies in which some of them never even did a day of trading.

In closing people or potential borrowers take time to read all the facts before passing judgment. Remember anyone can go on the internet and file a complaint without all the facts and try to damage the reputation of anyone or company. A very sad situation that this can be done. Neither the internet nor a site like this conducts any research to the facts. It is just posted and then you have to defend it.
