 Contacted by this company after registering in the health insurance market place... I was looking for coverage for my wife since I have recently retired and my wife is now without health care... we receive numerous phone calls from every where and decided to try this company.. only given first name my agent name was Edward and the young lady who confirmed information and received my credit card info was named Christian .., once she finished confirming information then another gentleman who's name Shaun Thomas reconfirmed credit card information..I also got a call back from a local person on a 317-534-5594... this number is now not working... the 855 number does not answer but ask to leave a message and they will call you back... I have been calling them for a week with no response..HEalth insurance innovation who sent me my cards also gave me that same number and said I am to contact My agent who sold me the package with any questions...
