This company contacted me in May 2010 to advertise on a local restaurants take out menus.  Their sales rep is very personable, using the name Tracy Jones.  She offered a half page ad for 169.90.  What a great deal, how could I refuse. 

After a few days of consideration, and being told by "Ms. Jones" that the time was running out on the spot, I took the ad.  They were to to a one time EFT of my checking account for the funds.  Since that date (today being the 2nd of December, 2010) my account has been drawn AGAIN and there have been no menus to speak of delivered to the local restaurant.  The owner of the establishment has never heard of Nationwide Marketing and has used the same take out menus for "years". 

I have contacted Nationwide Marketing weekly requesting a refund of my money and am told that the menus were delivered and all sales are final.  And as far as the duplicate withdrawl of my account, I have been told weekly for the last 3 months that it has been mailed. 

WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY AND TELL EVERY BUSINESS OWNER YOU KNOW!!  They will even go as far as to tell you that YOU are the one trying to defraud them and get free advertising!!  If you are also a victim of this scam, PLEASE report them to the IL attorney general!  Stop letting theives like this take our hard earned money.

****They also have a hidden disclosure in the contract that states that they have permission to withdrawl from your account EVERY YEAR for an  AUTOMATIC RENEWAL.   They will get your money OVER and OVER!!!!
