NatraPure Cleanse Aka Health Products, Online Research, Or Topbody Cleanse checking account cleanse Sandy Utah

I usually read the terms and conditions before ordering any products online, but obviously did not before ordering NatraPure and ACAI 3 dietary supplements on May 22, 2009.

When I received my bank statement and saw that I was charged by two "unrecognizable" companies on 6/08/09 (online research) $89.31 and (Topbody cleanse) $ 87.13. I immediately dialed the phone numbers listed on my bank statement. I learned they were billing me for NatraPure, etc. and I cancelled to avoid being automatically billed $92.31 monthly!

The Topbody cleanse co. allowed me to speak with a supervisor and I was told that I could send the products back and my money would be refunded. One refund for $87.13 and another for $83.18? I also received an email confirming that $87.13 would be refunded within the week. Still not sure about the $83.18, but will be grateful for anything back at this point.

I called (online research) again, and was told that I agreed to the offer and no refund could be given. No additional phone numbers or supervisor for dispute was available either. What a scam! Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
