This is to tell you how I finally got my money back!. When I wrote some steps above what I did to get my refund, I forgot to mention the date of the certified letter was February 28th, 2007 giving them a month to return my money and that if I did not get my money by March 28th, 2007, I would seek 3rd party assistance. On March 30th, 2007 I contacted MA. BBB website. May 4th 2007 I contacted and filed a complaint with the FTC. They never answered. On May 11th, 2007 the company told BBB they were going to send me my money. The BBB then marked the complaint as resolved. On May 19th,2007, I did a rebutal because I did not get my money. On June 7th, 2007 I did a "live chat" at the BBB website. I told her I never received my refund. I had to send her an email stating that then she marked the complaint as unresolved on June 8th, 2007. She advised me to contact the Consumer Protection Program of Community Action, Inc. It is a state government agency. They sent me a form to fill out and send back to them with the pertinent information such as, reciepts, copy of bills copy of letters and emails, copies of certified letter card and other stuff pertaining to the complaint. On June 19th, 2007, I filed with the Attorney General in my state which is Ohio. On June 19th I sent her a packet of information. On June 27th she recieved a fax from the Natural Cures or ITV. I received a copy: This letter is in response to the complaint filed by--------(Customer#-------)---------(My name) membership to Kevin Trudeau's Newsletter is renewed annually at $71.40 per year, unless the customer cancels. The membership was canclled and a request for a refund was made in July, 2006 but invertently never done. A refund was re-requested from our Finance Dept. in June 2007. Once again no refund. On July 12, 2007 a month after the promise to the Consumer Protection Agency in MA, which is a dept. of the Attorney General, I emailed them asking them when I should expect my check. On July 19, 2007 I received an email from her. She received an email from Cathrine Ratcliffee @ ITV Direct and they have issued a check#--------on 7/18/07. I finally received the check!!!! Now I hope it clears the Bank. If I had not have revisited the agencies I would probably never recieved my refund which they kept for over a year. It is important to follow up on everything because otherwise they will not refund. You have to contact the Attorney General in your own State and the Attorney General in MA. The BBB in MA. Never give up!! We are fighting a company that acts like they think that our money and credit cards belong to them. Tell everyone youknow how they have been victims of this company and their affiliates. Boycott their products whether books or other products. It cost me a lot of my refund to get my refund. Everyone who has been duped by them should do everything in their power to get a refund. I did not even try to get a refund on the books, CDs. I should have, because they are bogus as far as I am concerned. I study Homeopathy and it is great stuff but this Trudeau gives it a bad, bad name. On the BBB in Chicago has the report on him but will not accept any complaints. You have to go to the MA BBB to file a complaint. If you go to the Natural Cures, Inc. website and click on Inside Natural Cures. com, you will see "Our Mission Statement: To possitively impact the whole person". Yes, he positively impacts the whole person but in a negative way!! Here is a list of websites for action: Masssachusetts Attorney General, www.ago.state.ma.us , MA BBB, bobbb.org , Consumer Protection Program of Community Action, Inc. communityvactioninc.org , also your own State Attorney General. Kevin keeps saying that he has a right to sell his books and calls it freedom of speech. I agree that he has a freedom of speech, but selling his books saying that information is in them that is not. This is misrepresentation. He does not have the right to steal money from us by charging us for products without delivering, charging for stuff we never ordered, not allowing cancellations and not refunding our money when promised. This is Credit Card fraud. His money back guarentee is worthless. He does not have the right or freedom to sell our information without our permission. He as no ethics. I wish I would have found this site before I bought his books. I paid for the books plus the shipping charges. He gives alternative medicine a bad name. Homeopathic medicine is good stuff if you go to a reliable physician or practioner. His books are worthless. Please excuse the mispelling. I wish there was a way to do spellcheck at this site.

The incident was started at the Elk Grove Village, IL address, they then moved to their present address: 55 Cherry Hill, Beverly, MA. NO refund yet. Just promises, I can't live on promises! I am over 75 yrs. old. If any one wants to start a class action suit, I have all kinds of information to back me up. I do not know how he can get away with all the tricks he has pulled on us. I am a Christian and even if I was not, I would not do what this Kevin Trudeau has done to people. He has given his soul over to the dark side.
