I placed an order with this company on 2/21/02 for a supplement called Hydroxycut-210cnt . The amount of $40.44 was charged to my account on 2/25/02, this amount included shipping/handling. I was to receive my shipment from them within 4 days. On 2/27/02 I received the following email from the so-called president of this company:
Valued Customer,
We apologize for the delay on your order. We are in the process of getting caught up in our shipping department. Your order will definitely arrive within two week.
If you do not want your order, we will arrange to have the products returned at no cost to you. We realize that this influx of business has inconvenienced you and we are grieved that our integrity has been damaged.
While many businesses in America are suffering, I thank God that Natural High will continue to grow stronger as we strive to provide the best service and the best prices.

After two weeks waiting for my order, I sent an email requesting information on my delivery. I received no reply from them. I sent numerous emails and left phone messages regarding the delivery of this order, with no response from this company.
Finally, on 3/13/02, I sent an email requesting that the
company cancel this order if it had not been sent to me.
I also asked for a refund of the money that I was charged. I have tried to contact a representative of this company since my final request for a refund.
I have not been able to speak to a "living" person, I can only leave messages that are not returned.
I have tried to call the president of this company, Robert Lauby, and my call is redirected to voice mail.
I have filed complaints with the BBB. Here's a surprise, BBB can't reach a representative of this company either. My desired outcome to this situation would be a refund of the money they scammed me out of.

I received a letter from the Wisconsin BBB stating that they can not help me any further since they can not reach Natural High! They didn't help me in the first place!!! Also, when I tried to call Natural High yesterday, I am getting a message that my area code has been blocked from dialing their number.
