I purchased the natural readers software and I've been using it happily.  I mean their software is very expensive but because I have a reading deficiency and often have to read long boring documents I thought it was worth it.

Just recently I found out that you are only allowed 4 activations.  Once you activate the software 4 times you cannot activate it again.

Over the last 6 months I've upgraded my laptop several times and I went from Windows 7 to Windows 10.  Each time I upgraded my computer I'd re-install the natural Reader software and register it.

Just recently my computer upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 10 Creator, and my Natural Readers software stopped functioning.  I tried re-installing but it would not function.  Nor would it tell me what the problem was.

I contacted their support department.  They told me I'd used my 4 activations.  Before this I had no clue that there was this built in limitation in their software.  

They told me to un-register one of the installs and the software would function properly.

I had over written the old computer hard drives and I could not do what they asked.

I asked if they could clear the previous activations, they said they would not.

So now I'm sitting here.  I've paid my money about 9 months ago and I can no longer use this software.

I'd think twice before giving this company your hard earned money.  They are not a consumer friendly company.
