He is an unofficial cash employee of a real estate investment group

Led by Nick kapor and rick khanna who runs a convenience store on beach rd in hamilton  and they also rent a lot of garbage rental properties that they collect money for but don't maintain.

At 791 lawrence rd he is renovating a house that they are flipping and he is employing a bunch of people who are collecting welfare and disability etc. And paying them minimal cash daily.

I was doing the front masonry work and he gave me excuse after excuse not to kep with the contract. He strung me along and eventually I had to stop because he wasn't keeping his financial obligation to me as stated in the contract. Despite being 75 percent complete he refused to pay me the money that we agreed upon and included in the signed contract. As a result he called the police made accusations of damage to his property and had me trespassed and stole my tools.

I am out thousands because of this man and his job.

He is a con artist and a crook and a liar and shouldn't be allowed to stay in business. Too many hard working people are taking advantage of and all the while these guys are getting rich.
