I was on (((Redacted))) on 3/23 and found and add for 2 Free 12 week old English Bulldog Puppies. I responded to the add. Within 5 mins I got an email from Ndi Theophile stating that he was giving these puppies away, his dying wife had wanted them and now that she was no longer around he didnt want the memories of the puppies. He told me that it would be 200 dollars for the paper work. I told him that I didnt have the 200. I did send him 80.00 and he supposedly covered the rest. Then I got an email from Cameroon Airlines stating that the puppies had to have insurance for 250.00 a piece but they cut the insurance down to 249.00. Once again I told the seller NDI THEOPHILE that I didnt have it. I told him that I could cover 100 of it and he covered the rest supposedly. Then they were suppose to on their flight here. Then I received an email from Air France stating that I had to pay 500.00 for quarantine for the puppies. I didnt have. The seller told me that if I could come up with some of it he would pay the rest. I sent him 80.00 and he supposedly covered the other 420.00. Then I got an email from the same airline stating that they had gotten the flight and were suppose to land in LAX international airport in LA. I called LAX and they told me that I had to have an Airbill Number/Flight Tracking umber. So I emailed both the airlines and the seller and asked them for that information. They then emailed me back and said that I had to pay the 75.00 for feeding which I had no problem paying because they were taking care of the dogs. In the process I had another person contact me asking me for 70.00 for the feeding. I paid the 70.00 and then the next day the airlines told me that the person (kelli_john47@yahoo.com) didnt even work for the airlines and if I wanted my puppies to be delivered I had to pay the 75.00 So I sent the airlines 75.00 for the feeding. The airlines stated that everything had been confirmed and that Air France would be contacting me with my Airbill Number and my Flight Tracking this was on 3/28/09. I contacted the seller and told them what the airlines had said and he told me he would look into. Then they told me that flights didnt leave over there on Sundays so it would be today 3/30/09 that they would be leaving. After he told me that I started looking on the internet for international fraud and his name came up a couple of times with the English Bulldog Puppies and Yorkshire Terriers

Hello my name is Andre V. This guy said he was going to let me and my girlfriend adopt his two Yorkshire Terriers for 180 for shipping. He then said that the airline was going to send us a email stating all of our puppys flight information. After that email another email was sent from the Cameroon Airport stating that we needed to pay an 829.00 insurance fee for the pup. After we told Ndi Theophile that we were not paying for that insurance and that we wanted our money back. He said that he had already payed for the plane ticket and that there was no refunds. He has an ad on (((Redacted)))and (((Redacted))). After we been f***** over we then searched for scams and found these. So thank you even though we were late. Trust me it won't happen again.

I emailed about all of that and I havent heard from him or the airlines since early this morning. I was getting these for my 4 year olds birthday because she seen them and fell in love with them. He stated that he was a Christian and he wouldnt be able to sleep if he scammed someone. Then how is he sleeping if he has already scammed me for money and tried to scam 2 other people and maybe even more who know. I have all the emails and all of the western unions that I have sent to him and the airlines. If you can help me with this it would be greatly appriecated.

Why???????

AUTHOR: Sara - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, April 02, 2009

Since the puppies never existed, the airlines will have absolutely no information for you.

Why on earth would you begin to think that getting two puppies, sight unseen, from out of the country would remotely be a good idea??? Are there no animal shelters in your area? Breeders?

I'm afraid your money is gone.
