Neil's Finance Plaza **BEWARE** sold me a lemon car Kansas City Missouri

I was sooo excited when Neil's Finance Plaza called and said I had been approved for a car up to $9000.00 for only a down payment of only $200.00. So, I go to the dealership and look at the car's I could choose from. There wasn't much that I liked except for the 1999 Alero, which was priced at $12,000.00. They knew that I was really interested in the car, so they "conviently" brought the price down to $9000.00..which later I found out was WAAAY over-priced. Anyway, I drove the car home, and when my mom got out of the passenger side and shut the door, the mirror fell off. I was shocked but went ahead and fixed the mirror and blew it off. Later in the week I figured out that the gas hand didn't work. About 2 weeks later, I was driving down the highway and out of nowhere all the gauges shut off. After that the car only started on occasion. I called the warranty manager, Brandy, she had them tow the car to the shop, which they fixed at no cost to me.

About a month later, the head gaskets blew...which by that time my warranty had ran out, so I had to pay $800.00 myself to have new heads put in. Then finally about 4 months later, the engine blew. I was tired of putting all this money into this car that I only had for about 8 or 9 months, and I was not about to pay money for a new engine. I had them come pick the car up because I had had enough, and at this time I still owed about $6000.00 on it. About 3 weeks later, they sent me a letter stating they had sold the car for $3000.00 and that I still owe them the remaining $3000.00. What a crock of s**t. DON'T EVER GO TO NEIL'S...HE'S A SCHYSTER....
