 I gave my pc to andrew nelson of nelson it at ashington as he said drop it by so i did. When i looked through the door it looked like hell but i gave him the benefit of the doubt.

I got it delivered back and every shred of data had been deleted, my tax records, myclient information, family pictures, everything had gone and when i turned it on it still had the annoying clicking sound and half of the computer didn't work, he said he'd fix it again if i paid him again another 50 quid.

I decided to leave it to be repaired by someone else but needed it for work so you can imagine my horror as the sniffer dogs plunged me to the floor and barked in my face as security seized my case.

when the fan was checked the computer had small traces of drugs diagnosed as weed and this was also found trapped in one of the screws.

 he'd been using weed whilst repairing my pc and deleted all of my data and he didn't even fix the problem, it was worse.

 I have suffered embarassment, costly time wasting and expense due to someone who claims to be genuinely talented with repairs but looks to be getting high instead.
