Netflix.com ripoff Penalised for cancelling membership
I subscribed to Netflix's service for more than a month. Before cancelling the service, I mailed back all the dvds. However, they still claimed that they didn't receive the disc and charged my credit card. Trying to resolve this issue with them is useless because they will just reply you with a "form email" saying "our records show that you have not sent back the dvds".
I feel that I have been penalised for cancelling the membership.
