Netflix quality is substandard crap. Tonight two disks one cracked the other scratched. This wasn't a one time deal. It's happened more times than I care to remember

We have been with Netflix since 2004 and have rented literally hundreds of movies with only 1 of them having a problem.
You having more problems than you care to remember is pretty odd.
