Netfree Direct is frauding thousands of consumers. They answer no support questions (they aren't even there). They have NO intention of sending anything to anyone. There spam has reached all time heights and complaints are coming in from all sorts of places.
There are some out there that are legit that do this type of thing, but these guys have gone the extra mile to not only spam, but to "run" away from everything they claim.

I am the onwer of NetFreeCity, FreeZonePlanet and the other sites mention and want to respond to these postings. None of what he says is true. We work hard to please everyone and offer a full refund to anyone not completely satisfied. Furthermore, he must be a disgruntled employee as no one knows the fax number he published for Chuck Seidman as its a private fax number from eFax that he would have no way of getting unless he either worked for our company or was a supplier/competitor where I have had e-mail exchanges. He's dreaming as we have no pending complaints and everyone of our complaints has been satisfied. You can check with the BBB in Philadelphia and you will find this to be 100% factual. If he did complete offers at our site and wants his money back he can contact support@netfreecity.com and we will take care of it.
