I know that this is long and wordy so let me start off with something that's very important to me. Do not believe Netsertive when Netsertive talks to you about retargeting, impressions & things of that nature it's all a scam for Netsertive to take advantage of the nave. Netsertive is going to talk big numbers like 100,000 & 200,000 impressions it's all a scam Netsertive is charging me over $1200 a month for something that I ended up getting for free from Google. Netsertive charges for impressions Google does not charge for impressions they charge for clicks thats why its called pay per click but Netsertive uses the word branding over and over again it's all a scam Netsertive is charging you for something that Netsertive gets for free from Google.

Now that thats out of the way heres my story. I've been running a successful ad words campaign three years when I was contacted by Netsertive saying that they had gotten my number from a buying group that I was part of. After I spoke with several of there references that praised them I hired Netsertive to take over my campaign. I explained to Netsertive that I had been scammed a couple of times in the past by companies like Netsertive and Netsertive assured me that Netsertive knew the business and there wouldn't be a learning curve or any falloff in business. I came in at a $5000 per month budget I was not informed that over 20% of that budget was purely going into their pocket my business fell off by over 40%. I lost at least $50,000 in revenue in the month that I was using Netsertive. Netsertive lied and inflated their numbers to make you think that you're getting good service when you're actually not. I asked the lady that I spoke with one day how many clicks I had received from the retargeting campaign for the month she told
me 25 the very next day I asked her she told me 55. Netsertive lied to me and you can't trust them. I went in at a $5000 budget because that's what I was currently spending on adwords and the guy told me it's no big deal come in at $5000 if it's not working out lower how much you are paying per month to $750( This plan gets you 2-5 click per day its completely worthless over 40% of this budget goes towards their fee) and you can opt out after six he didnt tell me I was going to be charged $250 to lower my monthly budget and now Netsertive wants me to pay 50% of my original budget to opt out in six months so Netsertive want me to pay $2500 just to get out of a scam.

I highly suggest you stay away from this company find someone that will set up your own campaign for you and then manage it for you on a month to month basis.

Having originally posted the prior report, I dug in to the situation and realized I overstated it based on incomplete information and want to retract it.  I requested that this website remove the original report above but I was not allowed to, so I am adding this additional info.

After reviewing the whole situation I realized that my company didnt fully understand the process or allow enough time to get our campaigns up to speed. We also misunderstood the billing process.  I have since worked closely with them to resolve my issues completely.  The company is reputable they  immediately took care of my concerns when I contacted them, and I now regret having posted the bad report without talking with them first.
