Purchased a tool that was faulty. Returned per their return policy with a RMA. They have had the tool in their possession for over a month now and still have not issued a refund. E-Mailed multiple times with no response. Called last week and Nathan said he would take care of it. Still no refund! These people are criminals! You have had YOUR tool and MY money for over a month now!
