Network Tool Warehouse www.nxtools.com business with no stock. they are just an office with computers. dishonorable!!!! Seattle

I am a small start up company that was looking for auto air conditioning supplies to expand my business.  I was very clear to myself and companies I contacted that I wanted to create a list and wanted to review it, clarify it and make sure that everything I ordered shipped at ONE TIME. It wasn't that I care if shipped from multiple locations, it's that I wanted everything compatible with each other. Was I ever wrong in choosing Network Tool Warehouse. What a bunch of idiots and other vile things. When we had everything confirmed and a ship date established, that I placed my order to "Ship Complete". I kept track via email with Allen Dummick "real name Dimmick". Nothing was shipping. Then I find out my AC machine is dated out 4 weeks. At the 4th week, I contacted Allen and he said the AC machine was backordered another 2 weeks. The very next day, I received the 1st package. Surprise! Ship complete my a*s! They also duplicated an item that was $165.81.
I held back being the a*s that I can be and waited the 2 weeks. I called for tracking and was told it was in Fresno that day being unloaded into the CA warehouse. That ended up being a lie and the next day i was told they were on nationwide backorder and that none of the machines I ordered were going to ship in 2010. This was June, 2010. I subsequently ordered another branded machine from another distributor and received it in 4 days and cancelled the one with NX Tools. I got an RGA for the duplicate item and the dust cover for the other branded machine. I ended up having to pay freight and restocking charge for things I had no use for. This is why I wanted it shipped complete.
