Netzon Internet server ripoff knowingly permits libel by its clients Hemet California

For the past two years, a dinky little internet server out of Hemet, California, has permitted one of its clients, Rosemarie R. Zizzo to commit libel.

The company was notified of the content of Zizzo's pages at http://pedigree-cbs.org, which is hosted on netzon.net. They cited freedom of speech and said they did not monitor their clients' content.

Since that time, numerous people who have been libelled on the site, have complained directly to the owner of the server, who simply laughs at them.

Netzon is hosting a site which has committed copyright theft, over and over. Some of the urls to it, have been removed by Google, for violation of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act. They are now permitting Zizzo to impersonate a duly registered cattery, and make further libellous statements about it.

The site that they host for Zizzo, supposedly represents the Pedigree Cat Breeder's Society.Organization, a corporation of one, registered in the state of California. But the site and the organization are misrepresenting themselves to the public, and committing fraud in doing so.

The corporation has been suspended by the Franchise Tax Board of California, for not paying their last three years of taxes.
The PCBS also claims copyright, trademark, non profit and registered status that it does not have.

In permitting the libel and fraud on their server, Netzon.net is complicit in these acts, and as liable to legal action as Rosemarie Zizzo.
