Neuheisel Law Firm, P.C. - Mr. Jeff Wheeler Disrespectful, Arrogant, Childish, Not Professional, Offensive, Extremely Demanding Sacramento Illinois

This Morning I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Jeff Wheeler, a Collection Manager of Neuheisel Law Firm, P.C. who was very, very rude and unprofessional to say the least.

I will not go into details of the conversation, as it is not important. I just wanted to point out the fact that a Collection Manager at Neuheisel Law Firm is very disrespectful and for people who are considering to use this Firm and be represented by them, I would most definitely think about it twice.

I spoke to 2 people at the firm, one was a Manager, the tone in their voice and how they handled the conversation was way below unprofessional level. My statements were not listened to, I was put on hold as I was speaking, my comments were bluntly laughed at, and my name was purposely mispronounced, even after I corrected Mr. Wheeler.

He told me if I was not happy with the way he handled the conversation I could fax in a complaint and hung up.
