I am a victim of the New Pimsleur Approach . I ordered the trial one thinking it would be great. Not so much I received the second and did not open it but sent it back. Again I received another set, I did not open and sent it back. I have been charged $64. at least 11 times. Sometimes 3 times in one month. I have called and asked them to stop. I have told them I do not have the product nor do I want it. I have received no response or been able to stop them from taking money from my account. I was to be charged $9.95. I have been charged $768.00. For something I do not have. I have told them I am going to turn this over the BBB and Attorney Generals Office. This is a total scam. I want my money back. What am I supposed to do?

Comment to Ken: Actually, "I guess you somehow missed" that Dee returned the CD's that she never ordered so she should have been refunded like Pimsleur Approach advertises "free trial 30 days". The same thing happened to me.
Here's how it works: They rope you in by saying $9.95 and free-trial for 30 days. Instead of sending you the CD's you are interested in, they bless you with their GOLD series set. If they have your account info, they start helping themselves to your bank account or billing your credit card. When you try to call to cancel, they leave you on hold until you eventually hang up. Yup, sounds like a scam to me!
I ordered the basic CD's for $9.95 but rec'd the GOLD series instead. I cancelled the very next day. Fortunately, I got thru to a rep who gave me a RA # and the whole package was sent back to them within two days. This happened in Feb 2014 BUT they still continue to send me a bill for $256! They do not have my personal info so I receive their bills via mail. This is ridiculous and should be illegal.
Please dispute with your bank or credit card company AND file a complaint with the BBB of Philly.
