I questioned the behavior of New Prospect management and was terminated immediately because of it. I had given my two weeks notice, but they choose to disconnect me so fast from the remote desktop, I kept recieving phone calls from their company. I reported them to a watch dog board for work at home mothers and they procedded to post a lie concerning why I was terminated of employment on a public board.

I had worked a total of 6 paid hours for the company and was promised pay for hours worked, it was never illustrated to me that if you quit before 90 days you wouldn't get paid for your work and it was never on the website. I have heard a recording another individual took explaining that I had no right to payment.

Because HR says 'NO I DIDN'T BREAK confidentality' doesn't make it actually true, but you as the consumer/employee can decid for yourselves whether the law was broken or not - please check any law resource library on the net for proof. I resigned because upper management didn't care how their supervisors behaved and that kind of behavior is something I never wish to be a part of - please tell me why I recieved PHONE CALLS on MY time if your company is so professional they didn't allow me to even log out of the system before disconnecting me?

Bonnie,
After going through the training modules several times you could not comprehend the technology to perform the day to day tasks as an employee with New Prospect Marketing. *this is a lie* After discussing the technology with your project manager you put in a two week notice. We did not need you to work a two week notice and you will receive all money's due to you for actual time worked at the end of the appropriate pay cycle.
Thank You,
Sondra Owens
HR Director

Personal information about termination should not be posted on public boards by HR staff. Proof of her sharing illegal information as well as far as payroll is concerned below.

Jennifer, On week of 3-13-06 you were paid $206.08 for 25.76 hours also a referral bonus of $100.00 via pay pal on 3-24-06. Pay pal shows this account as being received. You referred 5 employees but only four started so that is why you received 100.00 on the bonus. Then you were terminated due to excessive clock in errors in timekeeper. Thanks, Sondra Owens HR Director

Both posts are there for examination on the above link. The proof is there, it is unlawful to share employment information on a public forum. I will go on with my life and make an incrediable income, but the memory of this dishonesty and lack of professionalism will be remembered.
