New Vitality Scam, Ripoff, Cancel, Pushy, Rude, Deceptive Farmingdale, New York

This company is absolutely ridiculous.  Somehow this company, New Vitality called me out of the blue stating that I inquired about their product (which was untrue).  The call agent proceeded to talk to me about the product I supposedly inquired about, "Ageless Male" which apparently increased male testosterone levels.  They told me that this was a 30 day promotion offered at a discounted price.  After agreeing to sample the product for 30 days they further explained to me that I would be "automatically" enrolled into their "preferred customer program."  I declined their invitation and immediately decided that I was no longer interested in Ageless Male because I didn't want to have to go through the hassle of having to call back to cancel.  After being convinced to continue buying the product the call agent informed me that they didn't have authorization to decline the "preferred customer" program and that I would have to  call their 1.888.278.5115 number 2 days later to cancel.  I requested to speak with the manager on duty so that they would not automatically sign me up for the "preferred customer" programmer but was told that it was a different company that handled that. Anyway, I requested that they make a note of my request on my account and they said they couldn't do that either.   I am an idiot.. I should have known better... all I wanted to do was try their product. 

Now, that was on Tuesday, August 9th and I've been calling since Thursday, August 11th and no one has ever answered their phone.  I called them to cancel before I even received the original shipment of their product!  Their voice mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message and no one ever answers the phone.  
This company is absolutely a rip-off.  Plus, the product totally sucks!
