I ordered a "free trial" of Nexgenlab's diet pills, Phenterthin. I supposedly only had to pay $4.95 shipping... WRONG! Within a week of placing the "free trial" order, my checking account had been charged $149.95.... What an awesome deal!
So I pay $150 and receive no product. According to the website, there is a $50 cancellation fee... Well, charge me $50, not $150. I know from researching this issue that I am not the only person to be scammed. Please people, help spread the word.
The (horrible)website has links to Customer Service, but you are put into an endless loop of submitting tickets which never seem to reach any Nexgenlabs associate. Also, there is no way to contact any department other than sales, which is obviously no help.
I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Other people who have been scammed by this disgusting company should do the same.
