I ordered ink cartridges from Neximaging on May 27 and was promised 6 day delivery. My credit card was, of course, promptly billed.

Having not received my order by the 8th of June (over two weeks), I used Neximagings web page to track my order. An e-mail I sent them was ignored. I e-mailed them again on the 11, and received a cryptic response-- "I'll let you know today." I still have not, on June 14th, received any help in locating my order or an explanation as to why I have not received it. Attempts to phone them have been futile -- I get routed to a voice mail box that is full.

Do NOT use this company! They are, at best, totally insensitive to their customers; but, are probably, rip offs!
