I subscribed on 9/16:18 using the monthly payment option of $29.99, not realizing we couldn’t watch Sunday games until Monday. I cancelled within 1 hour of signing up. I do not have my auto renewal box checked, and the website will not let me remove my card info from their site. I sent in an email 9/16, 9/17, 9/25 requesting refund because there is no phone number on the site to call anyone email is only option. Never got a response. So I disputed it with my bank. Fast forward to today 10/16- they took another $29.99 from me. This is ridiculous
