Several questions came to mind after reading the email, so I did some research and found that:

-hr@nhwtechnologies.net23.com is not a valid email address
-nhwtechnologies.net23.com is not a valid domain
-nhwtechnologies.net23.net is hosted by a 000webhost.com out of Lithuania (as reported by whois.domaintools.com)
-nhwtechnologies.net23.net was setup on 2009-03-09 (as reposted by 000webhost.com)
-nhwtechnologies.net23.net webpage is currently under construction.

After clearly identifying this as a SCAM, I filed a report with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (http://www.ic3.gov).
