Hello, I am here to sadly report yet another group of Rip Off Artist, Scam Artist and such. If I had read the reviews concerning Nick Walker, Barry Pope, Martin Pelmore (who I believe is Nick Walker), Seth Green, I would not have done business with them. Period.

WE do CPN, Shelf Corps, Trade Lines and such. We wanted to add their product to ours, and offer our clients more.

I was given Nick's information on his CPN program that allows you to purchase a CPN with $850 upfront, and $7,500 upon completion of the product. When the product is completed, the client is to receive two Visa Black Cards with $250K limits each. (I have the price list, and contract that was provided to me) This was to take 14 business days.

I contacted Nick af the beginning of June, just before the 5th of June. He said he could help me. He went through the program and said that his associate Lavel Buckholtz would be making contact with me. Lavel and I spoke and on June 5th, I sent Lavel the $850 through Google Wallet for this program. 

I had some further questions and both Nick and Lavel were difficult to get a hold of. Further, Nick and Lavel would tell me to contact the other person. In other words, neither one of them wanted to take ownership of what was going on.  I had to badger them in order to get a call. 

After the first week was complete, Lavel said he was going on vacation to Figi and couldn't be bothered, but for me to contact Nick. I was able to catch up with Nick and he said he never received the payment from Lavel. I immediately contacted Lavel via Text and Lavel said "he's a liar!!!"  ( have saved and kept maticulous records incase of fraud) 

When I asked Nick if my package was being worked on he said yes, and then got "jumpy" over the phone, and kind of said no.  He all of a sudden had another call, and abruplty ended the call.  He promised multiple times to call me.  He didn't. He finally said that he told Lavel to refund me and that they were "cancelling" my order.  ....whatever....

During this time I was trying to reach out to Barry Pope, since his name is on the agreement. After a week or two, on June 23rd, Barry Pope finally returned my call. I told him of the situation and my concerns, and he said that he would reach out to Nick. I was told by Barry to contact him again if things were not resolved. I did on July 2nd. To this date, Barry has not retuned my call. 

I have tried, countless times, to contact Nick, Barry and Lavel, to work things out. Nick, as soon as he hears my voice, will hang up and not call me back. Barry has not called me back. Lavel said via text that he would refund me the full amount in two weeks. Today is two weeks and he has not responded to my emails or text other than to say that he will refund me, but he's not sure when. When I try to press him for any more information, he does not respond.  I sent him ANOTHER email today, and still nothing. He does not respond to calls or text either. I also tried to contact Nick today, and when he heard my voice, he pretended he had a bad contection and hung up. 

These men are theives and liars!  And as Lavel called Nick, scumbags.  I have already made contact with an FBI Investigator. I was told that they are already on to them.

Avoid them. At all cost.

You may ask why put their information on here if I have already made contact with the FBI. Fair quesiton. The hammer hasn't fallen yet, and I want to warn others.  Feel free to contact me with any questions.
