My daughter was recruited at Franklin Mills.  We went to the interview and were being pressured into putting a deposit on a portrait package.   After much deliberation, we only put $200.  down vs. the $700.  That was being requested.  We ONLY made this deposit because we were told we could cancel and recieve a full refund in accordance to the contract.   Once home, and not under total survallence as it is so widely advrtised in the bulding,  my husband and I decided NOT to follow through with the photo shoot.  After we ade this decision, my husband called and left a message with a female receptionist.  The DAY AFTER  our photo shoot was scheduled, Mecca (apparently the supervisor) called me accusing me of not calling and giving me a total interriogation as to why we decided not to come.  I told her we had called and she continued to grill me as to why we chose not to use their services.  Of couse while she is ripping into me,  I am answering my door and holding my rambunctious 10 month old.  I told her it was not a good time and that I woul have to call her back.   I didn't.  But she sure called me... Here I am exactly 2 months from the date of the original meeting and I Have yet to recieve the refund, which was requested, as was detailed in the contract.  I have filed a dispute with the card company.  And Mecca,  well,  she apparently has no balls because she has not called me back or answered my calls in 2 weeks.  They also like to pass the buck,  "Oh you need our accounting department,  Oh you need Mecca, Oh that person isn't here till tomorrow,  Oh they aren't in the office till 12:30."  I am tempted to go to the mall and hand out my own fliers in front of their own table warning people...   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!  They are a FRAUD and Thieves!
