Nike Trade.com Will not respond at all several attempts made. Wanted to return shoes ordered. Not the quality of UGGs they stated. Came in a plain plastic bag in envelope. Internet

Several attempts were made via email following instructuions on web site to return ugg boots purchased. I was very disappointed as they are not originals as stated on your web site. Were shipped in a plastic bag only , both pairs squeezed into 1 bag- no ORIGINAL box and no info on the boots at all not even how to take care of them.. Site states they are shipped in original box. Return policy states they will get back to you within 24 hrs and they did not . Its been a week now and still no response. Below is the shipping info...
