I ordered a pair of size 8 UGGS boots for my daughter for Christmas. On Christmas Eve they were delivered. However, they were a size 7, too small for her. I notified the company of the error and he emailed me back and said check again. They are a 7. I checked again and they are in fact a size 7. I also informed him that I compared the boots to a pair in a retail store, when I was trying to find an 8 before Christmas morning, and they are definitely not real UGGS. When I brought this to his attention, he stopped communicating with me. So now I have a fake pair of UGGS that are too small. And because they are fake, I can't sell them for nearly as much as I paid for them.
