Almost three weeks ago, I was looking to buy some LED tshirts, because I had purchased some from a vendor at a festival I attended.  I ordered the shirts almost 3 weeks ago, the money was immediately deducted from my acct , with an email telling me thanks for my purchase, and my stuff should be at my house in 7 business days.  After a week I contacted the company through their email portal, and was told it would be at my house in a couple of days.  However when I looked on the their website, it state my order was "waiting fulfillment", this was my first sign that this was not good.  Since then I have contacted them several times.  There is no landline, just a Google number, and he doesn't respond to email.  I looked this character Thierry Duthill up on the Internet, and found some Mug Shots, and a linked Inn acct, however when I went to the website today, it's down, imagine that.

Im happy to report that Nitelife tshirts refunded me in full, in hindsight I do think they are legitimate and my order was just messed up.  I will try them again.

Unfortunately, I have not recieved any refund, though I was optimistic, I'm not surprised.  However it looks like there (Scam), website is back online, ready to take more peoples money, stay away.

Today I was contacted by the owner of the company, stating that he was sorry for my order not being fulfilled, and that the product was out of stock, unknowingly to him.  He stated that I would recieve a refund, though I have not as of yet once I am refunded I will be happy to take my report down.  

However, i was told the refund would only be issued after removal of my report, I told him Via email, that would not happen, but to reiterate, once i'm refunded, I will remove any posts, regarding this matter.
