I borrowed money 100 dollars from this company . They are extremly rude on the phone and will result in threats if they dont get their money. when i asked them to stop harrasing me and to stop calling my family and landlord asking about my income and where i live when they know where i live. When i asked suzanne to stop calling me that she was harrasing me she just said well if you think you can do my job better then why dont you come and do it for me. I even tried to work out a payment agreement they were suppose to come pick up the money they never showed up. Then took me to small claims court and they never showed up for court suzanne claimed she was at a funeral when she was in the office 10 minutes after court i won the case by default and then some how they were able to get the default judgement overturned still have no idea how they did that since the judge told me that was the end of it . now i have to go to court on the 28th and i even sent them a letter stating for them to not call me that was hand delivered and notarized and they disregarded it and called me anyways to tell me they were taking me court for fraud . They want to ruin my life so please dont take a loan out ever from them their the worst people you could ever deal with .

I have worked with Noble for quite some time on a loan I processed with them. I have never had any trouble with them, and in fact they have been very good to me. I had a weird situation where my bank didn't process a check I gave them, and they allowed me to work it out. Which I did, and it was a huge relief. I haven't had a problem since and pay on time. The one thing that was different in my situation was that I went in to the office and explained my situation, and they worked with me. Even when they called me I explained things, and they were open to my situation and helping me resolve it. I'm sorry if anyone has had trouble with them in the past, but communication in every situation is always the best for everyone involved.

I find it to be quite interesting that the people who write comments
about the customer service, or so called lack of on Noble Finance and
how we are rip offs. There are people that borrow the money and never pay it
back, or bounce checks for payments and never make them good. But, it
is the Manager and or employees that are the bad rotten people who call
every day, calling references, jobs, landlords, etc just to collect on
the loan that the customer took out with us.
As far as the
Cease and Desist set by the FDCPA applied to collection agencies only,
not the original creditor. I only wish people would understand that.
Also for those on SSI or SSA are the worst, since they think the law
protects them from paying back what they borrowed. And those on low
income housing that do not report the loan which is actually additional
income. So yes, if I am the rip off company then I am proud of my job
and the company I work for. At least i can help those that really need
it and are not out there to buck the system.
