Norhland Investment Corporation Deceptive Business Practice In Apt Leasing Newton Massachuetts

I was denied an apt at the Hickory Farm properties in Memphis, TN 12/9/13, I was told by property mgr that was solely denied due to a midenmnor of Harrsement charge which she advised the information was obtained by third party screening svc (RSC) Residential Screen Check. Spoke w/James Manassa (Regional Mgr) on 12/10/13  ask him why was I denied apt when the app didnt ask for midenmor charges where it only ask for felonies and sex offenders convictions. He in return told me app was not denied soley on conviction, called RSC and spoke to Melissa when she advised app was denies solely on conviction. Mr Mannassa is wanting to refund app fee after he finds out app in TN is worded as I stated. Advised Mr Manassa don't want app fee but the apt and he refusese to deliver. CEO Steven Rosenthal is refusing to respsond to my emails and voice mail messages. Now what company does this but greedy underhanded underminded corporation, dont do business w/this company.
