Then I began receiving charges on my credit card from Encore 1.95, 14.95, 14.95. I phoned Norm Thompson yesterday and they said they would take off the charges in a few months.

I then notified my credit card company who immediately took off the charges. The clerk at Norm Thompson knew about Encore , but could not tell me what Encore is. It is a scheme to make money by cheating the customer.
