My frustration with the unauthorized membership charge is that this charge is implemented on the basis of a non response to some literature which is supposedly mailed to the prospective member.
Encore Marketing prides itself to find ways for companies to discover profit making methods. Apparently the catalog companies have accepted the deception methods to increase their revenue.
