You, in my opinion are a complete fraud. As an operator, I cannot understand why you wouldnt properly complete the wells you drilled? Would you like me to use the Texas RRC documents with your signature as evidence? You are garbage and should be thrown in prison. I am trying to figure out what is FAKE. Is the Better Busines Bureau open Complaints about you scaming investors Fake?Are your own pictures putting up used equipment instead of new that the investors paid for and were charged for FAKE? Are the Court Documents showing you have been convicted of Fraud with investors money Fake? Is the fact you have pulled this same scam under four different companies name Fake? Is the Fact you wont return my phone calls about any of my four wells and 200k fake? Is the fact your sending out small revenue checks to couple of investors but not all of them keeping the money for yourself Fake? Is the Fact all you do is show oil on your updates on all of the 25 wells you have drilled and never paid back there investors there investment Fake? NADC is doors are closing and Larry Koonce and Gayle Wimberly are going to jail. That is not Fake.

North American Drilling is sending out Revenue checks on the Boothe 2A to a handful of investors and not sending out all the investors there revenue. He is keeping it or running another scam. One investors gets a check for over a $1,000 dollars on 166 barrells sold of oil and nobody else gets one on the well he is again mis appropriating funds into his pocket another Felony. Call the authorities to help stop this criminal. Make him answer to something he has screwed people for rather than say its a employee when anyone with two eyes can see the court documents and the used equipement he is installing after the investors paid for brand new equipment. He is a thief.

Here is another observation of the scam Larry Koonce has pulled on his investors. We have paid 20k per point of Interest,7k completion we were promised and paid for top of the line equipment. As I am going to show he buys used junk and puts the extra money in his pocket as well when the used equipment doesnt work he calls for a bogus assessment charge from investors. We have already paid two assessments on this well taken three years do to anything. First Well head is blue and never worked so he went home wited another three weeks and replaceed with a used black one. We dont want the problems of used equipment we want the equipment we paid for brand new we dont want the junk that breaks down you thief.

We have waited three years and paid 60k for our interest in the well then 16k for completion that Larry Koonce said he needed imediately then did not do anything for two years. We have been assesed 3 times for $3,250 dollars. So today he starts to finish up one of the 1 of four wells were involved in and he is putting in used equipment that does not look like it will make it day. Why are we getting used old equipment after all the money we spent what has he done with our money. When will this man stop scamming us no oil , no revenue checks, nothing but excuses and lies he is doing the same thing he did at his prior 4 companies that he was shut down at pocketing the money for his lifestyle and screwing investors ever he can do not put any money with this company. I am posting a picture of what this man put out there today as what should been a new Tank on our well look at this old used tank that is about to fall over. Sad he got us again thief.

I invested 200,000 dollars on the Boothe 2A, Brown 1A, Brazelton 2A, Brown 1 now after three years not one revenue check or drop of oil. I got my attorney's involved after he would not give me back my 50k on the Brown 1 they are making great progress. North American Drillling is under investigation by the Attoney General, State Comptroller,  Texas railroad commission. He has mismanaged funds for his own private use just like the did at his other company NorthStar Drilling. This time the court is taking him to jail. I am writing off my 200k as it being stolen from me by a thief and liar biggest one I ever heard of. But I will not stop until he is brought to justice. He pays every bill he has with investors money then gives out lies when the work is supposed to be done. I have heard he put a 5k dollar fish tank in his office out investors money while the investors had been waiting two years for him to finish the worlk. He is a criminal. Dont invest he is going to jail and the company will be closed down,

Larry Koonce has made a career scamming investors, He has a long line of bankrupted companies and a long list of security violations. Just look up his name under Google Larry Koonce he cant deny facts. Go to the Texas Rail Road Commission website get the names of the wells and call them RRC and ask about production on his wells under the name North American Drilling , Northstar Energy, Texas Security Brokers, Plano oil and gas, Get smart and dont be a victim like my wife and I and trust Larry Koonce he is a thief.
