I foolishly used this company twice. The second move occurred so quickly after the first move, and they were seemingly working the damage claim from the first move so I thought they were good to go - WRONG!
I have two claims against this company for a LOT of furniture and appliance damages and they have done absolutely ZERO to address the matter. I promptly submitted their claim forms after each move.
I have made numerous telephone calls and submitted numerous emails to no avail. I sent them a "last ditch effort" letter to get them to work with me or that I would have no choice but to seek legal remedy. That was over a month ago and I have received NO response!
I understand that damages are inevitable and unavoidable in large household moves, but this company will do absolutely ZERO to remedy/address the damages.
LOOK ELSEWHERE TO MOVE YOUR HOUSEHOLD!!
