Under any and all circumstances your best bet is to stay away from these people and their business.  There is very little chance you won't come away worse off.

It would not matter if these people were in any other business, say construction instead of auto repair, the outcome of getting ripped-off by their failure to deliver after getting your money in their bank would be the same. Moreover, within their dark and dangerous automotive repair house of horrors, the specifics of transmission or engine are not an issue as the pattern is the same, over and over, again, and again.  A: The evil ones tell you what ever it takes to get your money.  B: May or may not provide a loaner car or towing.  C: Your vehicle will not be reapaird by the time and in the manner promised when they took your money.

They will lie about: Who's at fault (usuallying trying to blame and attack the customer they just swindled); When they started working on your vehicle and how long; The condition of the vehicle; Their claimed understanding that you wanted to take longer to pay the invoice: If a part really was shipped: If they really paid for the part, and so forth. They will lie about everything in every way, while attacking tje customer.  The swindle is done.  It's time to run.

They won't fix or refund.  They can't.  Your money has been spent by them.  The con is finished with the mark. They never had the intention, and probably not the ability to perform what they promised.  So...they either/or do a psychotic aggressive routine or hang-up the phone.

Basic lack of problem resolutioin skills?  Not really.  These guys scam for a living.  There are way too many negative reviews in a wide variety internet sites and services.  The pattern is exactly and always the same.  Even suppliers who provide engines have been victimized by the same actors doing the same act.  The only positive reviews are self-reviews to attempt to counter the hidious business practices described in legitimate customer reviews.

They will probably go out of business, if they haven't by this time already.  The key is to be very careful if you come across any business they might be involved in the future.

These cons believe and practice daily the "big-lie".  It's what they have done and continue to do to get money for their neees and enjoyment.  The don't really fix cars for a living, they con people out of money using the repair concept as a shill.  Look at any review board, including google maps and you will see the owner's clever (and sometimes not so clever) propoganda, generating self-produced, fake positive reviewes and reviewers.   Content wise the owner's chief propogandist protrays America's most perfect company, with pixie fairies sprinkling fairy dust over all the "fair" and (cough, cough) on time as promised quality repairs.

Check the Better Business Bureau, The Govener's Office of Consumer Affairs, and the Secretary of State to see how these clowns compair to their own propoganda and to other auto repair enterprises before making your repair decision.

Of course we know NGA will take no issue with such researh and comparrison.  Of course NGA favors a competitive business envorinment and welcomes the free flow of information in the market place and wants and welcomes judgement based on the facts and truth so in no way could or would provide a rebuttal to such principles.

Hoax and/or Fraud

AUTHOR: NGAUTOINC - ()

This is a hoax/fraud.  We ask that if this is real, the author give specific details as to their transaction with our company and how we have wronged them.  We have been in business since 1994 and have multiple locations.  We are showing no signs of closing and are actually fairly busy, even in this failing economy, due to the quality of work we do and the warranties we offer.

The only issues we have had over the years are (1) Customers that are unwilling/unable to pay for their repairs and are mad at us for their financial situation (which, when they are honest, we have worked with them over the course of months to help them out), (2) Customers that expect one repair to fix a car that has not been maintained or cared for for years (No, replacing your engine will not fix your brakes), or (3) A legitimate failure of a new part that was defective and we covered the repair under our warranty.

We have never denied any warranty claim, and more often than not, have bent over backwards just charging for parts in situations where the item that was broken or defective was not covered by warranty.  There is no way to satisfy everyone that you encounter and honestly some people can be truly unreasonable.  We average 350-500 engine swaps a year and 150-300 transmission replacements/rebuilds per year.  With that many jobs, you are bound to have complaints, but the amount of satisfied customers outweighs the unsatisfied ones by leaps and bounds.

If this is a customer with an issue, we want them to tell us so we can attempt to correct it.
