I would like to make sure that everyone knows what type of individual Mr. Gary Belles is.
He is the owner of Gary Belles Trucking, G Belles Trucking, Northeastern Recovery Solutions, INC and possibly Tangie Trucking out of New Jersey or New York.
He repossessed my vehicle for Capital One in Tobyahanna Township, PA in 2005. I understanding fully why because i did not make payments but i come to find out that this individual and his company was not licensed to do repossessions in Pennsylvania at all. I contact this company and numerous agencies regarding this matter and because this was a repo they think i was out to make trouble the fact is he is not licensed. I have spoken with numerous employees regarding it and they said that Mr. belles stated they were licensed.
I am praying that some agency will see this website and investagate the matter before it's to late. I have purchase copies of repossessions completed in Pennsylvania by his company from a secret working so i have all the prove you need. My bank is Captial One and they assigned the repo to renrecovery.com which assigned the repo to Northeastern recovery Solutions gary belles.
