On 9/11/08 I called KG Suzuki 877-468-9459 about a car they advertised on the web (((Redacted)) I spoke with Joshua who asked me for the stock #. I gave it to him, and then he said the car is available, for me to come in and test-drive it. I sent my Dad about one hour after speaking with Joshua. My dad met him and gave him the stock number, and asked to see the car. Joshua went asked another salesman about the car, the salesman told him the car was delivered. He told my dad that the car was delivered. My dad was confused, so he asked him when are going to have the car. He said the car is not here, that it was sold. Then he tried to show him other cars.

My dad called me about the situation. I called Joshua; he said he saw my dad. I asked him why you didn't show my dad the car. He said the car was DELIVERED; I was now confused, so I asked, is the car there or when is it going to be there? He said the car was sold.

I repeated to him what I said, when I first called him. I will come to your location, only if you have the car. That I had a problem with Major World when they told me, they had a car in stock, and when I got there, they didn't have it.

Please make note that their word for DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING is DELIVERED.

Please be careful with the car dealers. Research the company before buying.

planet auto mall is a ripoff and scammers

AUTHOR: star - ()

first of all - any customer with a good experience would not even be on the rip off site. anyone here has a claim or is the owner trying to save his rep. truth be told i've attempted to purchase twice and both times they scammed me - the 2nd time i went back because they wouldn't refund me - so i figured maybe they aren't lying and they ran into paperwork errors the first time.  Might as well try to work with them since they have my money and so on the 2nd purchase the same paperwork errors came up and everyone the owner the finance guy the point of contact at the bank all took turns going on vacation to create a stall.  - This operation is to falsify a sale/loan take your down payment then claim paperwork issues and take the car back and of course the refund is out of the question. they would also report the car stolen if they can not "steal" it back from you. You will never receive any documentation of the errors just wake up and the car is gone. It's the reason they issue only one key on each purchase. Buyers beware of this dealership and their sister companies. - Fraud written all over this business.

I totally disagree with the negative report

I totally disagree with this report. I went to the same dealer and my buying experience was nothing short of exceptional. There was no "bait and switching" like other dealers are trying to do nowadays. The price I saw on the internet is the price I paid. The salesman and manager were both very courteous and polite. No one pressured me and the cars were clean and looked almost new. I guess that when someone tries to buy a car and gets disappointed they have nothing better to do than post lies on the internet. That being said, I had a very good experience with this dealer and would buy from them again.

I had a great experience.

I don't understand why this person had a bad experience. I bought my car from this dealership and my whole buying experience was a smooth one. I researched the car I wanted and this dealer was the only one that had it. When I got to the dealer, Jose the salesman, showed me the car, went on a test drive with me, explained all the options in the car, and then we went thru the whole sales process with Jose going thru in detail every aspect thoroughly. He was a gentleman and honest all the way through. I got a very low rate through their banks and my payment fell right in line to what I could afford. At no time was I pressured or feeling like I was getting "ripped off". So for me to read a negative comment that has been posted, I am in full disagreement with it. Overall, my whole buying experience was an enjoyable one.
