they came to my home on a call that our HVAC was not working sent by First American Home Buyer protection services to check the unit. Northstar advised that the Home Buyer protection would not cover repairs and i needed to up grade. I paid then to upgrade and then for the next 90 days had proble with poor instalation,improper wiring, improper instalation and other problems .

You need to be aware that they are out toell not repair your equipment.
