 I am so surprised at the lease breaking that are done here at this apartment community. They do not enforce the rules on the lease as there are people here who have racing cars more than two cars per apartment which is the rule two car max. Not only do they not enforce these rules but also raise your rent when you complain . Ive even hers comments about how they laughingly refuse to address resident problems because " they already signed their lease". I've been here almost seven years and the new staff they have is so scared of minorities that she has a security guard at the leasing office door. We've never had this before. Also I noticed that the staff one girl in particular by the name of -Kimberly repeatedly spoke I'll of other employees that were females but openly flirted with the male staff. If I was you and I wanted quality living I would not rent from this community. I would definitely not rent from. The Irvine company either. You are better off finding a private owner. That way your rent won't be raised every year by the hundreds, you'll have a real manager and less staff that flirt with the male staff, not mention a company who enforce the rules they provide and not just worry about getting the lease signed.
