It's ironic that this old lady claims that I am obsessed with her when she is the one that filed these slanderous and libeous lies about me online because of her own sense of jealousy and hatred for me. She's the one that keeps coming back here to say negative things about me that she has completely made up and she's the one that continutes to stalk me online (this is just another example), in my personal life, my businesses, as well as through her "show" and constant harassment.  It's how she keeps herself alive - she's like a succubus.  She has sent people to my house to threaten me and attack me and has just continued on a bizarre obsessional path with me.  Unfortunately for her, I am gay and am not intersted in her but she won't leave me alone nor will she stay out of my life.  

I had decided to let these things go, yet again, because I didn't want to give any fuel to this woman's psychopathy even after the lies that she continues to tell (everything that comes out of her mouth is a lie as is evidenced by her show, as well as by the facts that refute her own lies about me and about herself).  Nothing she says about me is true, and I can prove it.  She cannot say the same - she's a fraud and fake and liar.   

However, since she's refused to let it go, i guess I'm going to have to take her to court to shut her up.  

Next stop, Dallas County Court system.  

No one can be sure as to where the deep seeded hate that festers inside a man stems from.  It baffles me that this little man could have the amount of haters that he does.  He seems to 'collect' them. 

I have NEVER once attempted to (how did he put it?) 'contact' him on or offline.  (for shame donovan)

To begin and END with, I did not write the above very poorly written complaint on this little man. 

All I know about this person is as follows:

(a)  he talks very fast on what he calls a 'show' on Spreaker.com that is called 'the offlimits' show or something like that, wherein he rages nightly about hate of gay men and how he hates his father and claims to have some 'invisible' husband;

(b)  he has stalked me in REAL life, going so far as to HIRE a PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR (as he calls it) but upon finding this old creepy man following my daughter and her baby around one night, and subsequently watching him take videos of her and my son at their rent home in rockwall, texas where this stalker, donovan lord thinks he 'found' me;

(c)  he is so very plainly obsessed with me and has allowed his obsession to get the better of him;  the poor man even claims that my husband sent men over to his place of residence, which we could not care less about, (delusional); and

(d)  he has 100's of broken friendships and people that he has known online that he now 'despises'.  the man calls me 100's of vulgar names constantly online and i have no idea why?  he calls me names that are so horrible, i shall not repeat them.

please get over this obsession with me mr. lord.  I have no want to meet you, to (how did you say it?) 'sit across from you at an arbitration table' in order for you to see 'what i am wearing'.....

This "complaint" is not a complaint at all. It is filled with vicious lies and attacks by Deborah Montoya - an online talk-show host of the DebiDaly show.   Simply look up DebiDaly on Youtube to see who this person is.   She put the name of a girl named KatieD that is on her show as the poster, a girl that she hates.

First of all, I did attend SMU as is proven by calling the school from 1993 -1997.   This is a lie.  Also, I attended not only SMU but also have a BFA in Interior Architecture and Design as well as M.Arch (Masters of Architecture) from a different university.  These are also lies by this person.  Real estate is not my main line of work, I only sell houses when I want to, and for friends and family and the occasional client, not as a main job. 

As for being bi-racial and gay- this woman attacks me constantly on both points - it figures she would think that I feel inferior for something that she herself feels I should feel inferior about - but I don't.  Love being gay and love being bi-racial - it's why I'm beautiful and who I am. 

I have never claimed to be "ultra wealthy" - please show me where I have made such a claim.  As for our offices, we office out of the Rosewood Court building near the Crescent - and offices are rented out as well as virtual offices to clients - I am not sure why this is seen as a negative?   We have meetings with clients at our offices maybe once every 6 months as our business is not one in which clients come to us, we go to them.

The woman that this is coming from, I have had a cease and desist letter sent to due to incessent harrassment online and in real life by her for the past year.  She has called me many horrible names, including f****t and is a racist and homophobe.  You can find out more about her by going to:  youtube.com,  .spreaker.com/user/debidaly.  If you listen to her show on youtube you will hear how she embezzled $40,000 from a former employer (her words) and "got away with it" due to statute of limitations.  This is a horrible woman that I would love to see in court.

Now that she is lying online about me and trying to ruin my reputation with LIES, and has refused to cease and desist, I am now going to move forward with a civil lawsuit if I cannot file criminal charges against her.

My reputation with my clients speaks for itself - and none of the things this woman has said about me are true - and can all be proven by me, just ask.
