I could go into detail about my situation,its basically the same as everyone else.. you know.. FREE Trial with shipping and handeling, you cancel, auto-ship begins, money is withdrawn from your account over and over again. if you receive product, return it, no refund is received. computers down. TERMS AND CONDITION. Never can talk to anyone to get your money back.

THESE COMPANIES need to be STOPPED! NovaPointe needs to be stopped.

Listen... You have to file complaints with the goverment agencys, you can't assume everyone else has, if they had we wouldn't have had our money stolen from us!

California has many laws to protect consumers,(Im still researching all of them)but one of them is in a contract, if a person buys an item under terms so grossly unfair it makes the contract void. also a "cooling out period" of thirty days to return a product for refund.

I'll try to find out more and make an update.

Listed below are online complaint forms, I suggest cut and paste your comlaint. they are all pretty simple

First: file a Irs.gov 3949-A If there stealing from us, it can be presumed there not being completly honest with the goverment also. It'll ask for there Ein# but we don't know it. (or I should say i don't, maybe someone else does)

Next: California Consumer Complaint www.dca.ca.gov click on file a complaint then click the blue button. I had filed a complaint with the utah consumer comlaint against hoodia66, and It worked I received a check with a copy of my complaint I had filed.

Next: file - re: internet fraud and they'll forward your complaint to the appropriate agencys, its ok if the get two!

You wanted to know how to get your money back, These are the first steps. But most importantly is to make sure that companies like this are stopped and we don't let other consumers get RIP-OFF
