NuBiotix offers a 14 day trial to evaluate ithe product. Every 14 day trial I have ever encountered means 14 days of actually having the product to try it. Not NuBiotix. They tell you you have 14 days to evaluate their probiotic digestive formula, but buried in their terms and conditions page is a sentance that actually states the 14 day trial begins when you ORDER the product. They use 4 days of your trial for delivery, so you only really have 10 days to try it. If you call after 10 days your lose your ability to get a refund. This is very deceptive and misleading. I did get a rfund after several minutes of heated discussion, but this company needs to clean up their act and correct this attempt to mislead consumers.
