Nutra Foods Unauthorized charges to my credit card on 8/3/11 & 9/2/11 for 89.99 & 44.99 Middleton , Delaware

These people charged my CC twice when I have never purchased from them and received no merchandise for these charges. I did not catch the first charge of 89.99 on 8/3/11 but noticed the 44.99 charge on 9/2/11 and looked at previous statements to see if they had done it before.

I have informed my CC company and disputed the charges but they say it can take up to 60 days to resolve the issue. I checked the internet and these people are listed all over as rip offs and have been doing this to others for quite some time.

There should be legal action taken against this type of theft and the penalties should be extreme. This is outright robbery and should be treated as such to discourage others from getting away with a crime. Hopefully laws will be passed in the future to protect the consumer and punish these thieves.

OK I am done with my ranting but I am upset as this has happened to me before and is a huge hassle to get straightened out.
