Nuvitaskin, Luxuriousserum, luxuriousmoist, regenereskin, regenere Scammers, fraudulent St. George Utah

 I purchased a trial of nuvitaskin eye revitalizer and moisturizer 2/14/17 for $5.99 and $5.95. No where was it stated that you would be set up on automatic renewal. I received the products and on 3/2/17 was charged $79.99 and $89.99. I contacted the company and spoke with a representative by the name of Maria. I explained I had not authorized them to charge me for the trial I had received. We went round and round and eventually she offered me 40% off credit after stating they didn't do refunds. This was after I threatened to contact my bank. To cut my losses, I agreed and received 2 credits totaling 84.98, plus keep my trial purchase. I wasn't happy but wanted this to be over with. I explicitly told Maria to cancel my account and she stated that it would be done. On 3/18/17, my debit card was again charged $169.98 and I didn't even receive anymore product. I immediately contacted the company, explained that the charge was unauthorized and that I had canceled my account. The rep put me on hold, came back and said my account was active, then proceeded to laugh and giggle and put me on hold again. When he returned, he offered me a 25% discount. I refused and told him I would be contacting my bank. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. This company operates under multiple names, is deceptive in informing customers about automatic renewalso, and has terrible customer service. Beware.
