This company is a huge waste of time and is horribly misleading, they beat around the bush in what they do and they flat out lie about how they compisate you, YOU ARE NOt GETTING A SALARY even though they draw you in with false claims. They also try and make it seem like a great job when they are constantly name dropping nascarr and sherwin williams when in fact the company has nothing at all to do with those companys it is all a poor excuse to sell there aeresol cleaner at gas stations which they dont pay you for training and is completly horrid, you are pretty much a step away from asking for change!! you would probly make more in fact, i really wish they would of just came out from the beginning and been up front about what they were about but instead its all a huge lie, i feel bad for the young people that work there and are not wise enough to realize what a waste of time it is, they take advantage of people who in these hard times are quick to jump on a job offer such as these ones but remeber go with your gut feeling and if its too good to be true it d**n well is and i was thinking in the back of my head the whole time "this doesnt seen right" and sure enough when i got home and looked the company up and put it all together it was one big lie also know as a multi level marketing scheme, you may not have to pay initially to get hired but all the same qualities are there, i went against my good judgement and worked anyway and during my day of work it all became very clear. so if your interested in setting up a cheap booth at a gas station and forcing a cheap overpriced product to customers who couldnt care less and believing in non existant compensation this is your company, I was only there for one day soo who knows what other bull sh** they are into soo take it from me DONT RESPOND to there messages they have a girl in a  small room calling every single possible lead, dont let them make you believe your special unless you are "special" and think this is a good company. They are on all the internet job sites so be very wary of this joke NVS marketing

i dont care about puncuation you get the idea dont have time to care hopefully this helps some young guy/gal. its hard enough out there finding a job now you have to worry about scum bags like this, and if you are gonna defend this company you probly belong there, so if your an honest person who works hard i  would definetly look elsewhere.

NVS is very misleading..

AUTHOR: gyno - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, June 04, 2010

Maybe not a scam, but NVS is very misleading..  They do not treat their employees right by any means..  They work their guys 12-14 hr days, make them drive their own cars to far away cities and don't even compensate for gas.

The job description is:

They want you to sell 2 cans of car washing wax for $25..  EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!

They want you to go up to people at gas stations and offer a demo of the product and basically get them to impulse buy.

I worked this job for one day and I must say I lost a lot of money and time doing it. They made me take my own car and drive 64 miles roundtrip, no one reimbursed me for gas either. Had me work 13 hrs with no guarantee of pay or any paid training.

I felt sorry for the people working there, showing me their paychecks of $200-300 a week thinking thats good money..  Working 5-6 days a week 50-60 hrs a week, driving 100s of miles a week, having to go up to 1000s a people of week for very little to no pay???

This is by far the worst job I've ever had and I wouldn't do this slave work for 1k a week..  NVS obviously brain washes their employees..

Stop the Lies

This person who wrote this dispute is someone we know from the company.  I will not say any names but this person knew exactly what we do and thats why he/she accepted the position and of course is disgruntled after this person was laid off the second day.  You claimed that we lied to you about this position lets be honest if you did not like the position at all why did you accept the job offering?, and the anwser is you tried to take advantage of the paid training stating from your words to another employee "youre here for the paid training and after that you will quit" so dont try to accuse us as scammers but look at the mirror and see whose actually scamming here.  Plus who said this is easy money this is actual hard work to get to a management level if you thought you would be handed a management position you must be on some strong drugs, but other than that you stating we do not work with NASCAR is false our company sponsored driver is Jeffery Earnhardt a relative of Dale Earnhardt he was at the 2009 NASCAR Nation Wide Series driving oh what is this FW1 pace car heres the facts on this link (((Redacted)))

Also Sherwin Williams actually manufactures one of our wax products called complete care flawless wax so you saying that Sherwin Williams has no part in our product is again false so please get your facts straight and heres a link for that (((Redacted))) but just like a story there are two sides to it and its up to the public to believe what is true but I wanted to put in my 2 cents before people listen to this person that has horrible spelling and bunch of false statements. But one thing I do agree is that it is hard to find jobs out there but at the same time the people that look for jobs want a position that pays 6 figure amounts when that person has no experience or even partial experience in Marketing or the position they are applying for.

NVS MISLEADING MARKETING (MY OPINION ONLY SO LEAVE ME ALONE)

It might be a good company to be a top guy at but everyone starts at entry level and it really doesnt seem worth it, maybe things would be different if they were more up front about what they were doing its just they apply there rehearsed sales pitch to every aspect of their buisness. this is just my opinion and i have the right to it so leave me alone im just speaking my mind, if you have a different experience with this company that fine you have your opinnion  but i nine times out of ten your gonna waste your time.
